Norwegian Fish Restaurant
Tonight we had dinner in Bergen, Norway, at the Enhjorningen Fiskerestaurant (Unicorn Fish Restaurant). Laurence enjoyed the best Halibut he's ever tasted, and Jennifer tried Monkfish for the first time, and it was amazing.
We don't know if it was the mystical powers of the unicorn, or the "fiske" that made the dishes so good!
